What is the PRP "VAMPIRE FACIAL" PLATELET RICH plasma treatment?

PRP treatment known as Vampire Facial Platelets Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy is a skin rejuvenation treatment that uses your own cells (from your blood) to regenerate new skin tissue giving an even skin colour and smoother texture and promotes collagen production to reduce wrinkles. It also helps against the hair loss.

How does the procedure work?

A blood sample is collected from the arm in sterile tubes, then separating the blood components using a dedicated machine and removing the plasma which is then used for treatment. Then using topical aesthetic, the extracted platelet-rich plasma is re-injected into the deep dermis layer of the skin.

The bioactive proteins (growth factors) found in the platelets increase collagen, hyaluronic acid & cell renewal, improving skin health & appearance. This entire process takes approximately 90 minutes. PRP treatment can be repeated in 4– 8 weeks as required.
What are the side effects?
Minimal: Expect minimal swelling, bruising and redness for 12-72 hours.
What results should I expect from the PRP treatment?
Anti-hair loss treatment requires a few sessions, depends on the case. PRP therapy for hair loss is highly effective. The platelets in the plasma are enriched with growth factors and promote hair growth by stimulating the activity of the hair follicles.
